Hi there! Vladimir from Keep here. For those who don't know us, Keep is a platform that helps teams manage their alerts, events, and incidents through organization, categorization, prioritization, and automation.
Here's something that might surprise you: we often tell potential customers that they don't need an AIOps solution. Yes, you read that right. While Keep has helped many teams transform their alert management, we've learned that not every challenge requires a sophisticated AIOps platform.
During customer conversations, we frequently meet teams who sense "something isn't quite right" with their alert management process. They discover our highly-starred GitHub repo and naturally think, "This must be the solution!" However, sometimes, in our initial calls, we must be honest and say, "While it's great to meet you, we don't think Keep is the right solution for your specific needs."

Keep calculates rate and frequency of similar alerts in your system to detect noise and spam.
By matching your alerts to different rules, Keep detects unused ones, which often can be a sign of configuration problems.
In multi-services infrastructure we often can forget to cover some services with effective alerting. Keep analyses current alerts across the services in your system and searches for lost ones.
